About Cian
Here's Where I'm Coming From...
I'm Dublin-born and based in Wicklow. Alongside Low Tide Calm I still work in product and business analyst roles, the kind of always-on, high-pressure corporate environments where there is little space to recover. So this is not work I do from the outside looking in. It is work I built while living in exactly the conditions it is designed for.
Over the years, that pace took a toll, and like many people, my instinct was to push through and keep going. What made the difference wasn't stepping away from responsibility or making drastic changes. It was learning practical, grounded skills, particularly around breathing, attention, and nervous system regulation, that changed how I respond under pressure and how quickly I recover.
That experience shapes how I work today.
I focus on simple, evidence-informed tools that help people stay regulated, focused, and resilient in demanding environments, with coaching to keep the work pointed at what actually matters to you. This isn't about quick fixes or eliminating stress entirely. It's about learning how to work with it, and recover more effectively when it shows up.

How I Work
I'm not a talk therapist. I work with practical tools you can use in the middle of a demanding, busy life, with coaching to give that work direction and keep you accountable to your own goals.
I've sat where you're sitting, in a high-pressure environment, carrying more than you let on, and trying to keep up by pushing through. What I offer comes from learning how to work with stress rather than constantly fighting against it.
My approach is simple, grounded, and built for real life. You don't need hours each day to meditate or overhaul your routine. The coaching makes sure the small, repeatable changes are pointed somewhere that matters, so the work survives past the motivated first week.
If you're feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or constantly running on empty, I focus on evidence-informed tools that support regulation, focus, and recovery under pressure.
The goal isn't to eliminate stress. It's to help you respond to it differently and recover more effectively when it shows up.
