Programme Pathways

I offer three fixed course pathways, so you can choose the level and modality that suits you.

Beginner Basics Pathway
A three-session foundation covering orientation, safety, breath and body awareness, and core regulation skills. Most people start here.

Advanced Consolidation Pathway
A further three-session follow-on focused on capacity-building, real-world application, and consolidating a personal regulation toolkit.

Mindfulness-Only Pathway
A parallel pathway for people who do not want deep or active breathwork over six sessions. This course focuses entirely on mindfulness, attention training, body awareness, and emotional regulation, without intentional breath manipulation. It is suitable if breathwork feels overwhelming, destabilising, or simply not right for you.

Regardless of the path you choose, all sessions include PDF practical guides and audio meditation exercises to support your practice between appointments and refer back to later.

How I work

I offer a structured, trauma-informed approach to nervous system regulation that combines mindfulness and breathwork, or, if preferred, mindfulness on its own.

This work is not about chasing intensity, altered states, emotional catharsis, or sudden breakthroughs. It is about building practical, repeatable regulation skills you can use in everyday life.

My approach is grounded in a simple premise: your nervous system already knows how to regulate. My role is to teach those tools plainly and support you in using them at your own pace.

Sessions are one-to-one, guided, and deliberately low-key. Depending on the pathway you choose, we work with breath, body awareness, attention, and simple mindfulness techniques that you can take away and practise independently.

No pushing for emotional release.

No performance to “do it right”.

No reliance on peak experiences.

Sometimes it just needs the right conditions, clear usable tools, and enough time and choice.
