Who this is for

You do not need to be falling apart for this work to help.

This programme is for people who want to feel calmer, sleep better, and have a steadier relationship with stress.

It is especially relevant for people who look like they are coping on the outside, while feeling wired, tired, overwhelmed, or disconnected underneath. Often that includes busy professionals, carers, parents, and people carrying a lot of responsibility, but this work is not only for them.

You may be managing work, family life, deadlines, or simply the constant pace of modern life, and still feel like your system never properly switches off. You may be functioning well enough, but paying for it with tension, poor sleep, anxiety, irritability, shallow breathing, or the sense that you are always slightly braced.

You might call it stress. You might call it overwhelm. You might call it burnout. You might just know that you do not feel like yourself.

For people feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or running on empty

This one-to-one programme is designed for people who want practical support with stress, poor sleep, nervous system overload, anxiety, or the creeping sense that life feels harder than it should.

It can be particularly useful if you are used to pushing through, thinking your way around problems, or carrying on regardless, but are starting to realise that insight alone is not enough.

This is not about becoming more productive at your own expense. It is about learning how to regulate stress more skilfully, breathe more effectively, and feel calmer, clearer, and more grounded in how you live and work.

A flexible approach that meets real people

A lot of wellbeing advice sounds good on paper and falls apart in real life.

If you have ever found standard stress-management advice too vague, too rigid, too idealistic, or simply not suited to how your mind and body actually work, you are not alone.

This programme is designed to be practical, adaptable, and responsive to the person in front of me. That includes people with busy lives, inconsistent energy, high stress, sensory sensitivity, ADHD, anxiety, or a long-standing frustration with approaches that expect you to suddenly become a different kind of person.

The aim is not to force you into someone else's version of calm. It is to help you understand your own patterns, work with your system more effectively, and build practices that are realistic enough to actually use.

What this is and what it is not

This is not talking therapy.

You will not be asked to endlessly analyse your past or turn every session into emotional excavation.

This is a structured one-to-one mindfulness and breathwork programme focused on helping you regulate stress, improve your relationship with your body and breath, and build practical tools you can use in everyday life.

Because the work is one-to-one, it can be adapted to your pace, your needs, and what is actually happening in your life. There is more space for nuance, privacy, and flexibility than there usually is in a group setting.

This work can sit well alongside therapy, coaching, or other forms of support. It is not a replacement for medical or psychological care, but it can be a useful complement to it.

This programme may be a good fit for you if

  • You feel wired, tired, tense, or overstimulated more often than not
  • You find it hard to switch off, slow down, or get out of your head
  • You are sleeping, but not feeling properly restored
  • You are functioning on the outside, but the cost of that functioning is getting harder to ignore
  • You want practical support with stress, overwhelm, anxiety, poor sleep, or burnout
  • You want tools that help you feel calmer and more regulated, not just briefly distracted
  • You would benefit from a private, tailored approach rather than a group setting
  • You want a way of working that is flexible, realistic, and grounded in how real people actually live

This programme may not be the right fit if

  • You are looking primarily for talking therapy or trauma processing
  • You want a space centred mainly around verbal exploration rather than practice
  • You are hoping for a quick fix without regular engagement
  • You are not in a place where you can work gently and consistently with the process

The aim of this work

The aim is not to help you tolerate an unsustainable way of living a bit more efficiently.

The aim is to help you feel more aware, more regulated, and more able to respond to stress with choice rather than autopilot.

Over six weeks, you will work one-to-one with Cian to learn simple, effective mindfulness and breathwork practices that can support calmer breathing, better sleep, less overwhelm, and a steadier relationship with stress.

If that sounds like the kind of support you have been looking for, you are very welcome to get in touch.
