Crisis Support and Mental Health Resources

If you're in crisis right now

If you're in immediate danger, call 999 or 112 (both work in Ireland and the UK) or go to your nearest emergency department. Don't wait.

Everything else on this page is for when you need support but aren't at that level. It's okay to reach out before things get that bad. That's actually the point.

A note on this page

I'm a mindfulness and breathwork facilitator, not a mental health clinician. The work I offer can be a useful complement to professional support but it isn't a substitute for it.

If you're struggling, the most important thing you can do is tell someone who is qualified to help. The resources above are a starting point.

If you'd like to talk about whether the work I offer might be appropriate for you, I'm happy to have that conversation honestly.
