WHO IT'S FOR...
Not everyone needs more insight. Some people need practical tools and the right kind of support.
This programme is for people who are used to functioning well on the outside, even when things do not feel manageable underneath.
It is for the people who keep going. The ones who meet deadlines, stay productive, hold everything together, and carry on, while quietly running on stress, adrenaline, and far less capacity than anyone around them realises.
You may look capable to other people and still feel exhausted, overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected from your body, or unable to properly switch off. You may be sleeping, but not feeling restored. Resting, but not recovering. Coping, but only just.
FOR PEOPLE LIVING WITH STRESS, BURNOUT, AND OVERLOAD
This one-to-one programme is especially relevant for professionals dealing with burnout, chronic stress, anxiety, poor sleep, or the growing sense that the pace of life has become unsustainable.
It is for people who have spent years managing everything from the neck up and are starting to realise that insight alone is not enough. You do not need more pressure to perform better. You need practical ways to regulate your nervous system, steady your breathing, and feel less hijacked by stress.
This is not about becoming more productive at the expense of yourself. It is about building the capacity to feel calmer, clearer, and more grounded in how you live and work.
ALSO DESIGNED WITH NEURODIVERGENT PEOPLE IN MIND
This programme is also designed with neurodivergent people in mind, including those with ADHD, sensory sensitivities, anxiety, or a long-standing sense that most wellbeing advice does not quite fit.
A lot of standard stress-management advice is too vague, too rigid, or too disconnected from how real nervous systems work. If you have ever felt frustrated by routines you could not maintain, practices that made you feel worse rather than better, or constant advice to simply "slow down" or "relax," you are not the problem.
The practices in this programme are intended to be flexible, practical, and adaptable. The aim is not to force you into someone else's version of calm. It is to help you understand your own patterns, support your own regulation, and work with your system rather than against it.
WHAT THIS IS - AND WHAT IT IS NOT
This is not talking therapy.
You will not be asked to analyse your past, explain everything you are feeling, or turn sessions into emotional excavation.
This is a structured one-to-one mindfulness and breathwork programme with Cian, focused on helping you regulate stress, improve your relationship with your body and breath, and build practical tools you can use in everyday life.
Because the work is one-to-one, the sessions can meet you more directly. There is space to go at your pace, adapt practices to your needs, and respond to what is actually happening in your life and nervous system, without the pressure of keeping up with a group.
That said, this work can sit very well alongside therapy, coaching, or other forms of support. It is not a replacement for medical or psychological care, but it can be a valuable complement to it.
THIS PROGRAMME MAY BE A GOOD FIT FOR YOU IF:
-
You feel constantly wired, tired, or overstimulated, even when there is no obvious crisis
-
You find it hard to switch off, slow down, or get out of your head
-
You are functioning at work, but the cost of that functioning is becoming harder to ignore
-
You are dealing with burnout, anxiety, poor sleep, or chronic stress and want practical one-to-one support
-
You are neurodivergent and want approaches that feel more realistic, flexible, and supportive
-
You want tools that help you feel calmer and more regulated, not just temporarily distracted
-
You would benefit from a tailored, private approach rather than a group setting
THIS PROGRAMME MAY NOT BE THE RIGHT FIT IF:
-
You are looking primarily for talking therapy or trauma processing
-
You want a space centred around verbal exploration rather than practice
-
You are hoping for a quick fix without regular engagement
-
You are not in a place where you can engage gently and consistently with the process
THE AIM OF THIS WORK
The aim is not to make you better at enduring an unsustainable way of living.
The aim is to help you feel more aware, more regulated, and more able to respond to stress with choice rather than autopilot.
Over six weeks, you will work one-to-one with Cian to learn simple but effective mindfulness and breathwork practices that can support calmer breathing, better sleep, reduced overwhelm, and a steadier relationship with stress.
- If this sounds like the kind of support you have been looking for, you are very welcome to get in touch.
